SFAI Needs Assessment and Programming

The San Francisco Art Institute needed to revisit the spatial organization of its renowned central campus to accommodate growth and reflect a new vision based on interdisciplinarity and connectivity with the community.  The study consisted of an existing organizational and space analysis,  a comprehensive Needs Assessment including data collection and evaluation of space utilization and occupancy,  benchmarking, planning scenarios on the urban and  campus scale, as well a proposed implementation strategy.
