Fremont Centerville Framework Plan

The Fremont Centerville Plan emerged over several years beginning with one target site called the Unified Site. The project involved site testing, conceptual architecture for the site, and leading community engagement meetings with key stakeholders and community members in the Centerville District. Our investigation of the site expanded to the treatment of Fremont Boulevard and the adjacent properties around the Centerville Train Station, which included an Amtrak Station. We looked at opportunity sites for increasing land use in the district and ways to aggregate parking to make it more efficient and walkable.
