The San Pablo Avenue Specific Plan focused on development along the corridor within the City of Albany. The 1-mile stretch of San Pablo Avenue has the potential to include more mixed-use multi-family housing.
Urban Field worked for Lexington Planning to create the Plan, which included extensive community engagement around changes to development standards and site design and building design criteria. The Plan was approved in 2022. This project won a Merit Award in 2023 from the APA California Chapter Northern Section Award for Hard-Won Victories.
